Château de Brametourte is the perfect venue, providing a range of location and pricing options to suit all events and accommodation requirements.

Parties and Dinners

These can be held in the ‘Grand Pavilion’, situated on the Château’s south-facing garden terrace, providing guests with breath-taking views across the sun-flowered fields and woods to the Montagne Noir (Black Mountains) and the Pyrenees. This venue provides seated dining for up to 200 and dancing for up to 400 guests.

The ‘Summer Terrace’ is situated at the front of the Château with views across the formal gardens and valleys. It provides a raised, open-air dining area for up to 50 people and further space for up to 400 guests if incorporating the lawn areas. In case of poor weather the 12th century ‘Gothic Courtyard’ provides covered seating for up to 50 guests, within the Château walls.

The 16th century ‘Renaissance Room’ can be candlelit and provides an atmospheric location for dinners of up to 16 guests.

Training and Workshops

The Château has become a popular destination for training events, meetings and workshops. With a variety of outdoor spaces for working, eating and relaxing during the summer and the cosy ambience of indoor fires during the winter, the Château provides an exceptional and cost effective venue solution, throughout the year.

The 16th century ‘Renaissance Room’ provides the ideal training or meeting space for up to 15 delegates, complete with audio-visual equipment and Wi-Fi. For larger groups, the ‘Grand Pavilion’ is 150 square meters with a solid wood floor, power sockets and lighting throughout.

Event Accommodation

The Château itself, provides accommodation for up to 15 guests with chalet accommodation for 24, adjacent, and a wide range of Partner B&B’s and Gites in the immediate vicinity.

Rates

Rates include breakfast.

A 10% supplement will be added for a single night only reservation.

Xmas / NY includes – 21st December 2012 to 4th January 2013.

Meals

Continental Breakfast           Included in room rate along with tea and coffee facilities.

Four Course Meal                 25€ per person or 12.50€ per child

Informal or BBQ Meal 12€ per person or 8€ per child

Children are defined as those under 14. Children under 2 are included without charge.

Weddings

Wedding venue prices range from 300€ to 2,400€ subject to the season and the number of guests attending.

Events and Workshops

Rental of the event / workshop and training rooms range from 110€ to 190€ per day.

Training and Workshops Delegate

Training rates, to include the venue, accommodation, meals and refreshments are charged at €160 per delegate for 24 hours and will be varied to reflect specific requirements on a pro-rata hourly basis.
